Referral to a third party, such as solicitors, for debt recovery action where necessary
All associated costs, including administration and legal fees, will be applied to the member’s account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Currently, some members are engaged in repayment arrangements, which we actively support.
Where no engagement is received, accounts are escalated through the formal recovery process. Continued non-payment may result in court proceedings and additional costs, which will be applied to the member individually.
Unpaid charges may also delay property sales until balances are cleared.
All property owners are legally bound by the estate covenant which require contributions towards the maintenance and upkeep of the estate.
Where necessary, the Association may also engage with mortgage lenders to recover outstanding debts.
The 2025–2026 Perpetual Rentcharge was due by the 31st March 2026.
The 2026–2027 Perpetual Rentcharge and payments must be made in full by the 31st March 2027.
Members may make payments in any amount throughout the year, provided the full balance is cleared by the due date.
Thank You
Thank you to all members who have engaged with us and kept their payments up to date. This helps ensure the continued maintenance and improvement of the estate for everyone.
