The Park Drive Denton Residents Association Limited, established in 1977 by the property developers behind the St. Leonards Close and Park Drive Close estates in Newhaven (BN9 0RW and BN9 0RR), is proud to emphasise our commitment to the community. Run entirely by volunteer association members; our association has remained steadfast in its mission to oversee and maintain the freehold land that surrounds the individual plots.

Operating as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, we rely on the Yearly Perpetual Rentcharge, thoughtfully contributed by each of our 126 dedicated members, to sustain our community. These crucial funds are diligently allocated to the continuous upkeep and improvement of the communal areas within Park Drive Close and St. Leonards Close, ensuring they remain accessible and enjoyable for all.

Membership in our association bestows upon you the privilege of utilising the open spaces, footpaths, private access roads, and parking facilities within our community. Each member is entitled to park up to two roadworthy vehicles in the designated parking areas. Please note that caravans, lorries, motor homes, trailers, and any vehicles deemed unroadworthy are strictly prohibited from entering and may be subject to removal from any land designated under Title ESX12340 without prior notice, as determined by our association or its authorized agents.
