Simplified Payment Process:

If you're in the process of purchasing a property in our area, your solicitor will take care of the initial Perpetual Rentcharge payment for the first 12 months. From then on, we've streamlined the process for your convenience:

Annual Billing: Starting each April, you'll receive an annual invoice and statement from us.

Payment Options:

1. Full-Year Payment: After the initial 12 months, you have the choice to continue paying for the entire year in one go. You can do this through four equal consecutive quarterly payments.

2. Monthly Payment: Alternatively, you can choose to spread your payments throughout the year. Begin your 12 equal consecutive monthly payments from the month you receive our invoice each year.

Convenient Payment Methods:

You have the flexibility to manage your payments in the way that suits you best:

-Online Banking: Use your bank's online payment facility to make quick and easy payments or to arrange a Standing Order with your bank for hassle-free, automated payments.

Payment Reference:

Please remember to include your invoice reference as a minimum, but we would prefer you include your surname and the property address in all payments. This helps us ensure your payments are accurately allocated to your account.
